The staff is professional the office clean as expected but they are also very down to earth and educational while they are caring for you! Dr. Joubert pays very close attention to detail, always conscious of how you are doing, your comfort, if you are feeling any pain, and always follows up with a phone call to assure you are ok! Jamie one of the team members is also exceptional, she sets what is expected to come and makes sure all my concerns are cared for!! They are flexible with my schedule and they will write up a treatment plan personal to you and work with you on that plan and prioritize while keeping in mind your finances! Coming from someone driving from 30 miles out, I Definitely Recommend this Team!

I had a tooth that had previously had about 3 fillings and I figured it was time for a permanent solution. I saw Dr. Joubert and he was very kind. He took his time with me and made me a gorgeous Crown that even my husband couldn't tell which was the crown! I loved the service @ Gentle Family Dentistry!

After 10 years of being a loyal client of another Dr. I decided to switch my dental care because I moved to this area. I was very happy with Dr.McLeod , he is caring and very gentle. However the secretary is very rude and she lacks the most basic sense of manners. I am not going back.
