Hands down The BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! The entire staff was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, informative and down right awesome. It was the 1st time there for me and my grand daughters 1st dental appointment ever (she’s 3). She is actually asking when can she go back. My appointment had some not so great news but the delivery and step by step plan of action has me eager to resolve rather than ready to go hide. I can honestly say with this Dr and staff I’m at ease and comfortable. I’d be lying if I said I was excited about what has to be done (my mouth hurts and I don’t like pain and I have 2 more procedures to go) but I’m not anxious or fearful. For that, I’m truly grateful to Dr. A, Tamara, Keisha and Jade 🤗 S/N I have no doubt that the rest of the staff is just as awesome, I just didn’t meet them

Over my lifetime I have moved quite a bit so I have had quite a few dentist work on my teeth. After relocating to North Carolina, I had to find yet another dentist and i am so fortunate that i chose Inspire Dentistry! after having a great experience with the cleanings, I thought it was time to take on little more challenging. In the past i had veneers placed on my top six teeth but they were receeding badly after 15 years. So i hired Inspire Dentistry and Dr. Charles Ano Nuevo to do my 6 crowns. Well being the vain person that I am, my expectations level on how these crowns should look in the end was "Hollywood Smile".... or Nothing, so the degree of difficulty on this task was HIGH . And to be be perfectly honest with everybody, this entire crowns process was extremely diffcult and took a long long time because of some dental lab issues. But what is most important to know is that Dr Ano Nuevo NEVER EVER GAVE UP in fact he was the one who encouraged me to keep trying even when i was the one who was willing to give up and accept an outcome that was not what i ultimately wanted. In the end what was most important to Dr Ano Nuevo was that i was happy with the outcome and he was not willing to accept anything less until that happened. In the end i got exactly what i wanted... and MORE. I got the Hollywood Smile that i still always get compliments on, but even better was that i got to know the entire staff at Inspire Dentistry on a much deeper level than i ever would have. Jade, (Shirley), April. Tamara, Jessica are are ALL Excellent and will always make your comfort and experience a TOP PRIORITY. And finally Dr. Ano Nuevo is a highly skilled dentist with a great personality and outstanding bedside manor. But more importantly, he is humble and really does care about his patients and the reputation of his practice. You can not go wrong by choosing this place!! 10 of 10

I spoke with this dentist's office to a person named Jay or Jayce or similar. This person initially expressed complete willingness to help and no problems at all. After taking down all my necessary information (ID, phone, etc. etc.). When I called my benefits provider, I found out this was not the case and this office of Dr. Anonuevo should have provided the information I was seeking to begin with. This being a time consuming roundabout way of doing things, I return called Jay or Jayce or similar and expressed I needed this information. This person did not seek to listen and was rude, spoke over me loudly, and told me that this question was my problem and they would not answer it unless I came into the office. This being a reversal of previous stated. Seeing this going nowhere, I asked for someone else such as an Office Manager. As you would guess from someone with the customer service skills as expressed, I got back a sarcastic and snotty I AM THE MANAGER. Failing to understand, I explained I wanted to speak with someone else. I highly doubt there will be follow-up. In summary: Based on the deceitful way that this was managed and based on the customer service behavior (rude, loud, sarcastic, yelling at times) I wound not recommend this place of business at all - whatsoever. I think there was an element of reaction from them when they were found in a scheme of half-truths, but it is still behavior unbecoming.
